ecco is a web based software tool to record and evidence care and support to vulnerable individuals in line with commissioner outcomes
ecco has been designed to evidence client work from referral onwards, handling the support worker/client interface and the work done to achieve the outcomes you have agreed with your commissioner. With ecco it is possible to evidence to your commissioner even ‘soft’ outcomes and demonstrate the quality of your support.
ecco enables a client centred support plan to be designed and monitored around the requirements of the services being offered. ecco can control an organisation’s work flow so that support staff are guided towards achieving the agreed outcomes that focus on their clients. ecco also has the capability to give access to other professionals or clients, if the provider chooses.
The client outcomes chosen by any provider will depend on the commissioner’s requirements. ecco evidences and reports on these outcomes and all client data, including submissions to relevant bodies (eg Supporting People, tsa). Also, by focusing on the client, ecco tracks the organisation’s outputs – such as any occupancy, or time with the clients for personnel purposes.
