Learning disabled

ECCO has designed systems for all areas of care and support services, many of them for organisations delivering to a wide variety of Learning Disabled, from community based support (delivered in clients’ homes or shared/supported housing), to highly complex needs, requiring rostering of two staff members to one client, 24 hours a day.

For CQC registered providers, the interventions recorded could link to Key Lines of Enquiry’s (KLOE’s), thus providing evidence of the organisational commitment to those standards. Using ECCO, any provider can report on the holistic approach needed for clients with a learning disability, including: group activities, community access, travel training and shadowing, financial management on the client’s behalf, voluntary opportunities—and any other resources utilised in providing care to this client group requires.
